HSC high-speed cutting precision centers for highest demands in the mold and die production industry. 

With high dynamic linear drives in all axes the HSC precision centers are capable of reaching accelerations up to 2 g and rapid traverses up to 3,543 ipm. (in/min). This increases the productivity by 20%. Maximum longtime precision is guaranteed by the stable, thermo-symmetric design and direct path measuring systems. Surface qualities of Ra < 0.15 micron can be reached with HSC high-speed-cutting spindles with shaft, flange and jacket cooling and up to 40,000 rpm.
