CNC Thread Grinding Machine

TGN series is high-rigidity, high-accuracy thread grinding machine with the same ease of use as our cylindrical grinding machines. The swivel of grinding spindle is programmable via the CNC control by easy numerical input, and it provides high-accuracy thread grinding for various workpieces such as spindle, tool, thread gauge, ball screw, etc. The accuracy is secured by closed loop positional feedback on each axis, and also by locating dresser on the back of work spindle which stabilizes the pitch diameter of thread.
