Powerful, flexible, and easy to use, LPS 4 offers key improvements and expanded usability in a production-proven system. Repeated work processing is accomplished by a job and order-based interface. Simply create a job profile with programs, offsets, and setup information, specify the job’s definition (workflow), then register an order to your machine(s) using the job.
REPORTING
Visualize and plan with integrated reporting. Equipment, order, and tooling statistics offer a concise look at production efforts. Standard tool management integration enables you to identify tool status and usage data.
LPS ADVANCED
LPS Advanced provides the optimal solution for customers in need of comprehensive planning and scheduling functions. Capacity Planning, a proprietary DMG MORI technology, accurately predicts future availability and divides your work into the most efficient production plan possible. Planning by hand with spreadsheets and guesswork is now a thing of the past.
COMPATIBLE SYSTEMS
LPS is included standard with Linear Pallet Pool (LPP) systems and by special order for RPS/CPP.
A variety of milling machines are supported. Other models may be available on request.
