The Procurement Manager is a detailed-oriented professional tasked to procure parts essential to manufacturing standards by product specifications, competitive pricing, delivery and quality. This position interacts regularly with Japan headquarters and Japan suppliers.

Minimum Requirements:

The Accounting Manager will mentor, train, and supervise the accounting team to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner. The position will be reporting to the General Manager of Financial Reporting/Accounting.

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, including revenue, costs and expenditure variance analysis, produce financial reports and provide answers to accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
  • Manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations follow compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Leads and directs accounting professional and support staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in Reading, Writing, and Speaking of Japanese preferred yet not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Required
  • Experience accounting for industrial/manufacturer a plus
  • At least 7 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives

  • Reading design specifications and create technical reports
  • Disassembling automation system and organize as well as protect for shipping
  • Responsible to check and adjust the accuracy including but not limited to using dial gages and test bars
  • Working as a team member, reporting to a Leader on work status
  • Working 8 hour work schedule with overtime as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or 2 year equivalent from a Technical College , Community College, Vocational School or University
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Robot and automation peripheral programming experience
  • Familiar with major industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc) for device interface /communication
  • Electrical wiring based on schematic, as well as debugging and trouble-shooting ability
  • Experience with precision machining and/or automation system assembly
  • Ability to assemble sheet metal covers, plumbing, motion components, cast structures
  • Fundamental computer operation skills
