Is the system free for suppliers?

Of course the system is free for all of our suppliers.

Do suppliers have to download or install separate software?

The system is web-based and does not require installation or downloads. You simply log in via your browser with the user details provided.

Which consignments is the topic relevant for?

For all consignments ordered with Incoterm EXW / FCA. The system can be used for all transport modes – from small packages to Euro pallets, right up to unpacked oversized castings.

Does the system also handle parcels?

The system covers all service types. You no longer have to worry about finding a service provider in the future. The system selects a suitable service type.

Which service types are covered by the system?

o   The system covers all service types: land, air, sea and express and parcel services (CEP) are combined in our system. You no longer have to make decisions about the service type or service provider to be used in this regard.

Which data does the supplier have to enter in the system?

The supplier has to enter the date of collection readiness, the packaging details and the quantity per order item (only in the case of partial deliveries).

Do suppliers need training to use the system?

No. We offer training, which you are welcome to register for. But there is no basic prerequisite for using the system.

Are training documents available?

Training documents are available in our download centre.

How do I get access to the system?
Is there the option of an EDI connection for the electronic exchange of data?

In order to exchange electronic data, an EDI interface must be set up manually for every supplier.
